The company moves to 12.5 million € total private funding
and appoints new Board members with expertise to U.S. industry for the latest
growth phase
Oulu, Finland July 12, 2018/PRNewswire Oura Health, health
technology company Finland behind rings of Oura, has moved his private funding
into a total 12.5 million euros after closing a round led by Bold Capital
Partners based in Finland and the US. Tesi. The funding will be used to scale
operations the U.S. market and encourages Oura platform forward.
Ring of Oura and application guide users toward better
sleep, recovery, and readiness to do by
analyzing the body of sleep, activity level, the daily rhythms and physiological response.
Former CEO of Oura Health Petteri Lahtela will focus on
developing new products and services in his new role as President of Oura and
Health Chief Innovation Officer while continuing his position on the Board of
Oura Health. Former Ouraring Inc. President Harpreet Rai has been appointed as
the new CEO of health specialist, Oura industries USA Stephen Friend and Kevin
Lin also joined the Board of the health
of Oura.

Harpreet Rai has a professional background in finance is
based in San Francisco. He was previously
at Eminence Capital for 9 years, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund in New York
City, where he led investments in the technology, media, and telecommunications. Before the Eminence,
Harpreet was at Morgan Stanley in the Group M & A they. Harpreet Rai joined
Ouraring Inc., a subsidiary of U.S. Health, Oura as President in the year 2017
and replace Petteri Lahtela new CEO, effective June 1, 2018.
